Choose from one of five custom designed family home options prepared specifically to suit Riverlea Estate’s land allotments. 

Our designs are customisable.  They include modern facades and blended materials, removing the cost that comes with designing your home from scratch. 

Our Riverlea-specific plans are pre-priced with an upgraded specification, featuring upgraded inclusions, such as:

  • 2.4H internal doors

By making sure your home is designed to work within the Riverlea estate encumbrance and design guidelines, we have streamlined the pre-construction process to reduce the delays in getting to site. Working with one of our standard plans allows us to focus on constructing your new home without having to start from scratch.

All selections can be made at our MyHomeBuild studio. We have everything available on display within our standard Riverlea specification so you won’t need to visit multiple suppliers. This comes with the expert assistance of our selections manager & interior designer!

The MyHomeBuild Process

Once you have been lucky enough to secure your block of land, you can then select from one of the five pre-design MyHomeBuild Riverlea custom home designs based on the frontage and land size. 

You will then meet with one of MyHomeBuild’s sales and design consultants who will discuss how to make the plan work for you. This allows us to prepare a price and preliminary contract, so we can then order the planning drawings required to submit with the Riverlea encumbrance for approval. 

Because we have pre-designed the plans and are working directly with you on a small amount of modifications, we are able to lodge your plans within 4 weeks of your initial agreement with MyHomeBuild.

While your plans go through the approval process, you will have the ability to come into the MyHomeBuild studio and meet with our interior designer to finalise your selection. Everything that you need to see will be made available to you in order to make the process of finalising your selections easy and seamless.

Once your selections have been finalised, MyHomeBuild will prepare a fixed price, HIA contract for you to sign. This will allow you to lodge it with your lender so that you are able to obtain finance approval. The contract is inclusive of all of your final selections to avoid any back-and-forth with the lender and any post-contract selection variations.

Once we have received finance approval, MyHomeBuild will be able to tidy up the loose ends and prep your file for construction,  subject to the land being ready we will be able to start on site within 4 weeks of all final approvals being received!
